Personal Data provided by you

• Google account information (for signup).
• Billing/payment details (processed via Stripe, we do not store card numbers).

Document & Viewer Data

• Uploaded files (e.g., PDFs, videos, Google Docs) – always under your control, deletable at any time.
• Viewer details: name, email, phone (if you choose to collect this from recipients).
• Viewer activity: IP address, location, browser type, time spent on each page, engagement with the document.

Usage Data

• Technical details: IP address, browser version, device type, time/date of access, time spent on Service.

Cookies & Tracking

• We use functional and security cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Enable document sharing and analytics features.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve and secure the Service.
• Notify you about important account or subscription updates.

We do not send marketing/promotional emails at this time.

6. Retention of Data

• Uploaded documents: retained until you delete them. Once deleted, we remove them from our systems.
• Viewer analytics: retained while your account is active, unless deleted.
• Personal Data: kept as long as necessary for Service or legal requirements.

All data is stored and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

We may disclose personal information:

We use commercially reasonable measures (including Supabase-hosted infrastructure and Stripe for payments) to protect your data.

11. Subprocessors & Service Providers

We use third-party providers solely to operate our Service:

• Stripe – payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• Supabase – hosting and database services (Privacy Policy)

No third-party analytics tools are currently used.

12. Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe processes payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated “last updated” date. Significant changes may also be notified by email.
